Ted was our initial contact with the company. He earned our trust that very first meeting. It was evident that he knew his craft and was eager to please. Subsequent meeting were with both Ted and Gene (the patriarch of the company). They make a great father/son team. They listened to our ideas and offered their own expert suggestions. We worked together and after about 5 or 6 revisions (mostly initiated by us and graciously received by them) we arrived at a final plan. From that point forward things proceeded on schedule, with very little intrusion into our everyday lives. All work was meticulously done. We used the sub-contractors Gene recommended. We heard that sometimes there are problems with sub-contractors, but that was not the case. All work done by the sub-contractors was of the same meticulously standards as Gene . We are so happy with our new kitchen and with Gene and Ted. We know we picked the best contractors.
